Brite constructions is energetically linked with Kimberley Clark that is investing $ 12.5 million in the construction of a biomass boiler and a $ 22.2 million investment in cogeneration power plant, both located in the companys production plant in San Juan Opico. The two power plants will have a capability to produce 14 MW energy, which will be used for the production plant being operated by the multinational in Sitio del Nio, San Juan Opico. With the termination of this double project, called Tonalli, the Kimberley Clark is dedicated to the manufacture of hygiene products and seeks to sustain the generation of clean energy along with the reduction in their energy bills, and is attempting to give way to avoid blackouts which occur on the national network, a phenomenon that causes losses of approximately $500,000 a year.
We are proud of our contribution towards the renewable energy sector and aiming to complete the project within the preset time limit well according to the international parameters. In the contemporary world global warming is the most discussed topic across the globe, in any international summit it is the burning issue and is always discussed at length. To counter the effects of global warming the usage of renewable energy is in vogue. Brite constructions have always supported the cause of renewable energy because this is clean and green energy and is environmentally sustainable as well. We are more than happy to associate in any renewable energy project anywhere in the world.
We are hardcore professionals in constructing biomass boilers and power plants and invite multinationals to come and take advantage of our expertise and experience. The foreign multinationals may find it problematic to work in El Salvador and construct renewable energy plants without any hiccups, as they are not familiar with the local environment and they need to admire the limitations and procedures of the country. These conditions also vary from city to city. They need to attain sanctions from government and local organizations for that they need to tow the line before officials and follow the official procedures. This may prove to be annoying for the companies which are not acquainted with government regulations and work culture of El Salvador. A tie up with Brite Constructions, makes this task a relatively easy job, we see through all these requirements and obtain licenses and sanctions smoothly; thereby assuring that the project terminates within the scheduled time limit and remains financially viable as well.
The priceless team of our employees makes our job easy and enjoyable. From architects to designers and from engineers to site supervisors and back office staff to construction site workers, each one contributes to our growth and to our clients satisfaction. Our designers are chosen for their creative talent and skill to mesh with architects and come up with innovative, environment friendly, sustainable designs for all occasions, that make the best possible use of space while ensuring comfort blended with operationality. Our engineers are skilled and experienced, they are also enthusiastic about ensuring quality at each level of the project, motivating supervisors and site workers to follow precisely crafted processes according to international standards. And what would we do without our marketing and back office staff that makes life easier for the management and resolves everything to the clients satisfaction. Brites knowledge based proficiency helps it improve efficiencies while reducing costs and maintenance anxieties. We facilitate the usage of sustainable energy for communities and are cherished at our contribution.
